- Shipping Time:
o Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days.
o Express Shipping (if available): 3–6 business days.
Times may vary depending on destination location, customs delays or seasonal loads.

- Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on order quantity, shipping destination and service type.
- In cases of promotions or discounts – free shipping may apply for orders over a certain amount or order quantity, as advertised on the site.

🚚 Delivery areas
- We deliver nationwide, except for settlements beyond the Green Line and special security zones (depending on the availability of the courier company or Israel Post).
- Deliveries to remote settlements (such as Eilat, the Arava settlements, the Golan Heights, settlements in the high north, etc.) may take additional time.

⏱ Delivery times
- Order processing: 1–2 business days from the moment the order and payment are confirmed.
- Delivery time:
o Standard delivery with a courier to your home: 3–5 business days.
o Collection from a distribution point/locker (if available): 3–5 business days.
Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays.
